Bella Vista Mayor Frank Anderson was arrested and put behind bars by “Judge Bob” Shelby on June 23 during the annual Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser. The lockup was held at Fred’s Hickory Inn in Bentonville. Anderson and Police Chief Jim Wozniak had to raise money for their release.
