The park will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. With end of summer hours, the Elkhorn Tavern will be open on an irregular basis throughout the fall.

The horse trail remains closed at this time. The damage to the trail was much greater than originally estimated and the repair of the trail is moving along slowly. The continued rain throughout the summer has not helped the park in its efforts. The park hopes to have the trail open by fall.

The park is located 10 miles north of Rogers on U. S. Highway 62. Admission is $ 3 per person or $ 5 per carload.
