Shelby Jewett, 37, of Lincoln was charged July 17 with terroristic threatening. He is accused on May 12 of threatening a boy with a gun. The boy, who lives in the same neighborhood, accidentally hit Jewett’s car with a rock, according to police. Theft of benefits

Daniel R. Huggins, 29, of Fayetteville was charged July 18 with theft of public benefits. He is accused in 2005 of falsely claiming that he was unemployed for several weeks and unlawfully receiving benefits totaling more than $ 5, 600. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Burglary, theft

Amanda Dawn Logan, 27, was charged July 18 with commercial burglary and theft of property. She is accused on June 18 of breaking into Sonic and stealing $ 800.
