Jackie Renee Ledbetter, 28, of 3709 Monte Vallo Manor in Fayetteville was arrested June 21 on a felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (Percocet ). Accomplice to burglary Lacy Jae Davis, 24, and Alton Lee Tanner, 27, both of 1620 W. Mitchell, No. 6, in Fayetteville, were arrested June 20 on felony charges of accomplice to residential burglary, second-degree forgery and theft of property. Tanner faces additional charges of commercial burglary, fraudulent use of a credit / debit card and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burglary Timothy Dwayne Jahay, 37, of 4415 Bluebird St. in Fayetteville was arrested June 20 on a felony charge of burglary.
