Possession of a controlled substance
John Bates, 51, of 6509 Woodrow Ave. in St. Louis was arrested June 7 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (Hydromorphone ).
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Jose Guadalupe Garcia-Blanco, 27, of 2219 Beacon St. in Rogers was arrested June 6 on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
