4 th DWI charge
• Jorge Jesus-Corzo, 28, was charged on May 13 with driving while intoxicated (fourth offense ). He is accused on April 17 of driving while intoxicated after having three prior DWI convictions.
Faking ring theft
• Auston Wayne Osborn, 23, of Fayetteville was charged on May 14 with insurance fraud. He is accused of falsely reporting that a $ 3, 500 engagement ring had been stolen.
Flat-screen TV stolen
• Merlin Noel Cruz-Mejia, 18, was charged on May 14 with theft of property. He is accused of stealing a flat-screen television worth almost $ 900.
Nonsupport
• Roger Dale Hoover, 41, of Eufaula, Okla., was charged on May 14 with failure to pay child support. He is accused of having $ 28, 944 in past-due child support payments.
