• Springdale man pleads guilty to two counts of domestic battery Javier Porras, 32, Springdale, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 in Washington County Circuit Court to two counts of third-degree domestic battery for causing bruises to his wife and son on June 1, after having been convicted of domestic battery.
• He was sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Correction, with four years suspended, leaving two to serve. He received credit for 101 days served in the Washington County Detention Center. West Fork man pleads guilty to aggravated assault James Michael Kelly, 46, West Fork, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 in Washington County Circuit Court to aggravated assault for threatening a woman on June 10. He was sentenced to three years of probation and 92 days in the Washington County Detention Center. He received credit for that amount of time served. He is to enter and complete anger management. He also is to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution. Fayetteville man pleads guilty to domestic battery Timothy Brian Donnelly, 24, of 335 E. Seventh St., Fayetteville, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 in Washington County Circuit Court to third-degree domestic battery in connection with a May 31 incident.
• He was sentenced to a year of probation and ordered to enter and complete anger management, as determined by probation. He is to continue with alcohol treatment. He also is ordered to pay $ 500 in county restitution and was sentenced to 43 days in the Washington County Detention Center. He received credit for that amount of time served. Man pleads guilty to battery Joseph Mackey, 20, of Plano, Texas, pleaded guilty Sept. 12 in Washington County Circuit Court to second-degree battery for punching another man in the face, causing injury, on Jan. 20 at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house in Fayetteville.
• Mackey was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay $ 4, 996 in victim restitution and $ 1, 000 in county restitution. Man charged with domestic battery Arthur Bjorn Clark, 23, was charged Sept. 13 by the Fourth Judicial District Prosecutor's Office with thirddegree domestic battery, accused of slamming his pregnant wife into a door on Aug. 13, causing injury. He was arrested by the Prairie Grove Police Department. Fayetteville man charged with battery Jeremiah Daniel Rounds, 25, of 1520 E. Cortland St., Fayetteville, was charged Sept. 13 by the Fourth Judicial District Prosecutor's Office with second-degree battery, accused of striking another person on July 31, causing the person to fall and sustain a severe head injury. Rounds was arrested by Fayetteville police. Springdale man charged with aggravated assault Gayland Charles Ewing, of 3200 S. Thompson St., Apt. B-10, Springdale, was charged Sept. 13 in Washington County Circuit Court to aggravated assault, accused of striking another person in the head with a golf club on Aug. 10. Ewing was arrested by Springdale police. Springdale man charged with drug delivery, burglary David Allen Hillebrand, 30, Springdale, was charged Sept. 13 by the Fourth Judicial District Prosecutor's Office with delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine ), commercial burglary and theft of property, accused of delivering methamphetamine to a confidential informant on Aug. 13. He also allegedly broke into a church on Aug. 13 and stole more than $ 500 worth of items from it.
• He has previously been convicted of at least four felonies. Springdale man charged with domestic battery Ricardo Acevado, 33, of 750 S. 40 th St., H-202, Springdale, was charged Sept. 13 by the Fourth Judicial District Prosecutor's Office with third-degree domestic battery, accused of causing physical injury to his girlfriend on Aug. 16.
