Guyton joins Ozark Guidance team Jane Guyton has joined the Ozark Guidance executive team as executive vice president of the Ozark Guidance Foundation. Guyton has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for more than 35 years. She served as program coordinator for the University of Arkansas Division of Student Services while completing her Doctorate of Education in 1986. She then worked as an elementary and secondary counselor in the Fayetteville schools until 1990 when she became a founding administrator at NorthWest Arkansas Community College.

During her 14-year tenure at NWACC, Guyton served as dean of Student Services, vice president for Student Services and interim president. After leaving NWACC in 2004, she began providing consulting services for nonprofit organizations, ultimately joining the Elizabeth Richardson Center as its Chief Development Officer.

As executive vice president of the Foundation, Guyton will lead fund development efforts necessary to keep Ozark Guidance at the forefront of mental health services.

Mustang Club hosts open show The Northwest Arkansas Mustang Club will host an open car and truck show starting at 9 a.m. April 19 at Backyard Burgers in Rogers. Registration will be from 9 a.m. to noon with awards presented at 4 p.m. The show will include 12 classes for Mustangs and 25 classes for other vehicles including Chevy, Ford, muscle cars, trucks, Volkswagen, Camaro, Firebird, custom hot rods, Corvette, motorcycles and owners ages 14-17. Additional classes may be created as required.

Entries will be accepted until 11 a.m. the day of the show based upon space availability. Registration must be postmarked by April 12. Registration fees are $ 15 for the first car and $ 10 for each additional car by the same owner. Day of show registration cost is $ 20 for the first car and $ 15 for each additional car.

Finocchi wins Farmers' Market logo contest Betsy Finocchi of Fayetteville is the winner of the 2008 Fayetteville Farmers'Market logo contest. Her design was selected for its embodiment of the market. Finocchi published All About Town, a local entertainment newspaper, for several years before stopping publication in 2005. She is currently completing her second year at the University of Arkansas School of Law and is employed with the Law Office of Gail T. Segers. Though she said she entered the Farmers'Market contest on a lark, Finocchi has previous experience designing posters for concerts and festivals, including the logo for the upcoming Dickson Street Music Festival and CD artwork for "Fej and Friends," to be released this month.

The Fayetteville Farmers' Market begins Saturday and is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at the Fayetteville Square and from 4-7 p.m. Tuesdays at the Mill District Market on the corner of South College Avenue and Sixth Street. Chi Omega Founder's Day set for Saturday The women of the Psi Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Arkansas will celebrate Founder's Day at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Chi Omega House, 940 Maple St. in Fayetteville. The day will begin with hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction with proceeds going to the sorority's philanthropy, Make-A-Wish Foundation, to enable the chapter to grant a second wish this year. At 1: 30 p.m. the women will join the men of Kappa Sigma Fraternity for a ceremony at the Chi Omega Greek Theatre to hear from several founder's day guest speakers. The day will conclude with a special Chi Omega ritual ceremony at the house for members and alumni only.

Chi Omega Sorority was founded by Jobelle Holcombe and Dr. Charles Richardson of Kappa Sigma in 1895 on the UA campus. The House is a historic landmark in Fayetteville and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Chi Omega is now the largest women's fraternity in the United States.

Dance Coalition presents spring concert Dance Coalition will present its Annual Spring Dance Concert Friday through April 6 at the Walton Arts Center Starr Theater, 495 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville. This year's program will include new choreography in many dance styles, including classical and contemporary ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern and Irish.

Choreographers and guest artists this year are Michelle Brekelbaum, Emily Viator, Hannah Pasquinzo, Tamarah Jonason, Anabelle Steeleman-Berry, Ana Ayala, Mary Trulock, Amy Kessler and Sally Ashcraft.

Performances Friday and Saturday will begin at 7 p.m. with a 2 p.m. matinee April 6. Tickets are $ 15 for adults and $ 8 for children age 12 and younger and are available at the Walton Arts Center box office, 443-5600 and online at www. waltonartscenter. org.
