Monday, Sept. 29 8: 48 a.m. A woman stopped at the Police Department to report some checks were stolen from her mailbox, and someone had taken about $ 1, 000 out of her bank account.

11: 04 a.m. An aggressive dachshund and a medium black and white dog charged a man on Leicester Drive.

11: 13 a.m. A woman on Leicester Drive was bitten by a cat on Sept. 25 and waited until Sept. 29 to report it. She said she was playing with the cat outside when it bit and scratched her.

2: 54 p.m. Loud music was reported on Grisham Drive.

5: 16 p.m. Joseph Norman, 49, was cited for speeding 56 mph in a 35-mph zone at Euston Lane and Euston Road.

6: 45 p.m. A man who was drinking and carrying a handgun was harassing a caller on Westbury Drive. The caller reported the man said," I want my pound of flesh. I will get my revenge. "Tuesday, Sept. 30 10: 09 a.m. A suicide attempt was reported on Dalton Drive.

11: 53 a.m. After being extradited from Washington State, Travis Frederickson, 36, was arrested at the Benton County Jail on a felony warrant for allegedly raping a 6-year-old child.

12: 37 p.m. There was a three-vehicle accident on Arkansas Highway 340 near Tanyard Creek. One woman was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

1: 02 p.m. There was a three-vehicle accident at Arkansas 340 and Burton. One person was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

3: 21 p.m. A woman on Melanie drive reported her mailbox was damaged. She later learned her mother-inlaw had struck the mailbox and said they were working things out.

5: 51 p.m. Natalie Coe, 25 was cited for an expired vehicle license at Arkansas 340 and Dogwood.

6: 16 p.m. A man on Kirkliston Lane believes someone was in his house because his door was left wide open.

6: 18 p.m. Micky Thomas, 30, was in a vehicle accident at Arkansas 340 and Cannock and tried to leave the scene. He was bleeding and had a broken leg and was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was cited for driving while intoxicated, for refusing to submit to a field sobriety test, careless and prohibited driving and not wearing a seat belt.

6: 28 p.m. People on Basildon Circle were playing blaring music with obscene lyrics.

7: 56 p.m. Jared Taylor, 31, was cited for an expired vehicle license and given a warning for a broken taillight at the Bella Vista Dairy Queen. Wednesday, Oct. 1 8: 58 a.m. A large brown dog on Nantwich Circle was taken to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter.

1: 17 p.m. Building materials were stolen from Wyke Circle.

1: 23 p.m. There was a sick raccoon on a dock near Church Drive.

1: 48 p.m. There was a two-vehicle accident with no personal injuries at Arkansas Highway 279 and Marlin. Joshua Rice, 18, was cited for following too close. Jacqueline Wilson, 25, was given a warning for driving with a suspended driver's license.

1: 49 p.m. The automatic car wash at Grand Central Station was damaged when someone tried to drive a large vehicle into it.

3: 17 p.m. Randy Darby 48, was taken into custody and held at the Bella Vista Police Department for Bentonville police.

4: 20 p.m. A man wearing camouflage clothing and carrying a rifle was seen walking the area near Leadhills Circle.

6: 05 p.m. Richard Parker, 22, was cited for no driver's license and prohibited and careless driving at Hillswick Drive. He was given a warning for having fictitious license plates.

7: 04 p.m. A neighbor was yelling and screaming on Finger Drive.

10: 39 p.m. William Gandert, 29, was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license, no vehicle license and no proof of insurance at Arkansas 279 and Benton County Road 40.

• 11: 19 p.m. There was a verbal disturbance on Grinstead Lane. Thursday, Oct. 2 1: 33 p.m. A caller on Selland Lane reported two vehicles were doing doughnuts in a field near Selland. The call was turned over to the Benton County Sheriff's Office.

9: 37 p.m. Gas was stolen from a pontoon boat on Lake Windsor.

4: 30 p.m. There was a two-vehicle accident at U. S. Highway 71 near Sonic. Letty Hartgrave, 58, was cited for no proof of insurance and failure to yield.

5: 10 p.m. A man on Ottery Lane reported a DVD player and three daggers were taken from his resident.

6: 56 p.m. A caller on Brierfield Lane said it looks as though someone tried to break into a garage storage area. Friday, Oct. 3 7: 58 p.m. A car ran over a piece of construction debris and damaged it on Portsmouth Drive.

8: 15 a.m. A caller on Dogwood Drive reported a purse with a prescription bottle of ! "" #$% && containing 30 to 40 pills was taken from her vehicle.

9: 01 a.m. A brown Great Dane on Fawley Lane was losing weight.

3: 15 p.m. A caller on Osborne Lane reported damaged septic lines.

3: 23 p.m. Louise DeGroot, 68, was cited for speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph-zone on Trafalgar Road.

3: 34 p.m. Leah Brock, 51, was cited for speeding 50 mph in a 30-mph zone on Trafalgar.

4: 21 p.m. Kevin Medrano, 27, was cited for speeding 56 mph in a 30-mph zone on Trafalgar.

5: 43 p.m. A man reported his golf clubs were stolen while he was playing golf at Tanyard. The golf clubs were later found.

7: 42 p.m. Betty Nelson, 68, was cited for having an expired vehicle license.

11: 17 p.m. A woman appeared to be upset and was behaving irrationally on Nantucket Drive. Saturday, Oct. 4 6: 16 p.m. A woman reported her husband moved a large pile of brush and some concrete blocks to the side of the road near Chaucer and Haverigg.

9: 57 p.m. Some people were driving back and forth in front of a caller's house. The caller suspected they were hunting from their vehicle, but he had heard no shots and hadn't seen anyone shooting their bows.

3: 30 p.m. David Mullies, 31, of Drew Lane was cited for not having a dog license.

3: 49 p.m. Nancy Desler, 41, of Dillow Lane was cited for not having a dog license.

4: 17 p.m. Renae Warner, 29, of Brentwood Drive was cited for not having a dog license.

4: 31 p.m. A verbal disturbance between neighbors was reported on Hillswick Drive. One of the them accused the other one of driving fast without a driver's license.

5: 56 p.m. Jay Heiler, 28, was arrested at the Benton County Jail on a Bella Vista warrant.

10: 07 p.m. A man reported seeing some people in a ditch near Trafalgar Road and Wyman and wasn't sure if they were OK. Sunday, Oct. 5 9: 33 a.m. There was a mailbox damaged on Latshaw Drive.

4: 43 p.m. David Cowan, 43, was cited for having a fictitious vehicle license, an expired vehicle license and no proof of insurance at the Dairy Queen.

5: 59 p.m. A 2-feet long copperhead was on a front porch on Whitney Lane.

6: 32 p.m. Christopher Schultz, 18, was cited for no proof of insurance and give a warning for not having a vehicle license on Hampstead Road north of Worcester.

7: 19 p.m. An opossum was in a woman's trash can on Bishampton Lane, but she threw it into her neighbor's yard before the police officer arrived.

11: 25 p.m. Sergio Ivan Robles Delara, 24, was arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to register the vehicle.
