Homeschoolers seminar The library will host the seminar at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11. The program is open to parents who have been thinking about homeschooling their children but have questions that need to answered before making that decision. Used-book sale The Friends of the Library's used-book store, Encore Books, is having a "clean sweep "sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, and from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, Oct. 25, in the library. Books of all types will be available, along with puzzles, DVDs, VHS tapes and more. Spooktacular Kids of all ages are invited to this second annual Halloween event, to be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, in the library. There will be games, candy, drawings, stories, crafts and a costume contest. Costumes are not required to attend. Medicare Maze Have questions about Medicare ? Carolyn Whitsell, of Mike Russell & Associates, will help people tackle the "Medicare Maze "with a seminar Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 1 p.m. in the library. Hours of operation Regular hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with extended hours until 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Bella Vista Library is located just east of Town Center off Lancashire Boulevard (Arkansas Highway 340 East ) at 11 Dickens Place.
