NorthWest Arkansas Community College Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is sponsoring a coat drive to help keep northwest Arkansas residents warm this winter.

"We will be taking community donations of coats, hats, gloves and scarves," said Stacey Marshall, NWACC vice president for Student Ambassadors and president of Phi Theta Kappa. "We will be giving out warmth to the community free of charge 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the NWACC Washington County Center in Springdale.

"Bring everyone that needs a coat to the Washington County Center that day. We are giving one warm ensemble per person. "For more, call Marshall at 841-6544, or John Snyder at 790-6397.
