A forum for county government political candidates is coming to Bella Vista.
The Government Relations / Economic Development Committee of the Bentonville-Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce will host the event Friday, Oct. 10, from 11: 30 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the community room at Highlands Crossing Center, 1801 Forest Hills Blvd.
The forum will be moderated by Rich Davis, vice president of economic development for the Chamber.
This event is not a debate; it is an opportunity for voters to meet the candidates.
The candidates will each be given two minutes to introduce themselves and make remarks concerning their candidacy or platform. They will be asked a series of two to three standardized questions and will have up to two minutes to respond to each query.
Any remaining time will be used for questions from the audience.
