As for the best sellers, the American Idol gone rocker’s debut self-titled release sold 3.2 million copies, besting number two seller Akon’s “Konvicted” by a half million units.
The Police’s collection from their reunion tour? At least $212 million, says CNN, who also provides information on the single of the year.
