  1. Sweet Victory!!!! Finally, we were prepared, we competed, and we won! Granted, people can mock the fact that we were getting AU’s offense in transition, but the defense still stepped up and played big. Moreover, the offense shredded a top-tier defense. There are some things that I still wish we could do better (special teams, I am looking in your direction–Punter excluded), but that is not important right now. It looked as though we were making improvements last week against UF, and this week we continued that improvement against a quality team. Since I have been quick to criticize the coaching staff agains UT and (the other) UA, I will be quick to applaud them for this victory. Though I did not get to see it, it sounded like the players competed.
