Dean Weber’s successor as athletic trainer is in place in Fayetteville, the UA just announced this afternoon.
Joe Sheehan, who worked with UA head coach Bobby Petrino in 2001-02 with the Jacksonville Jaguars, was announced by athletic director Jeff Long as the coordinator for athletic training and sports medicine in a news release today.

Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino addressed the media earlier today at the annual Arkansas Football/Media Golf Tournament at Stonebridge Meadows here in Fayetteville.

Former Arkansas quarterback Matt Jones made his first public comments Friday concerning his arrest in Fayetteville on cocaine possession charges on July 10.
There’s not really a clear-cut apology from the Jacksonville Jaguars receiver and he deflects several questions concerning the arrest.
