Arkansas basketball coach John Pelphrey may bring a regular season invitational to Bud Walton Arena next fall.
Pelphrey, speaking at an event to announce his new charity (Pel’s Pals), said he’s attempting to snag a few teams to participate in an invitational in Fayetteville sometime near Christmas.

While you were sleeping, Darren McFadden was setting himself up to make some big bucks. The former Arkansas tailback agreed to a six-year, $60 million deal with the Oakland Raiders late Thursday night. He’ll receive $26 million in guaranteed money.
