Nutt returns to Little Rock
Former Arkansas coach Houston Nutt was in Little Rock Thursday night to speak at the Little Rock Rebel Club, and the central Arkansas TV crews caught up with the Ole Miss coach and asked a few questions.

Houston Nutt
KTHV, Channel 11, uploaded a 7-minute video of Nutt answering some questions from the media outside the event Thursday. Nutt fielded questions on the hiring of Bobby Petrino as his successor at the UA, the Peyton Hillis controversy, the drafting of Darren McFadden and Felix Jones, the Oct. 25 match-up with Arkansas in Fayetteville, the attendance records set for the spring games at Ole Miss and Arkansas, and what it’s been like adjusting to the new surroundings in Oxford, Miss.
Here’s the link to the video. Thursday was the first time Nutt had spoken in length with the Arkansas media since he joined the Rebels as their head coach the night of his resignation at Arkansas on Nov. 26, 2007.

He says in the video, “We’ll get 2-3 good players out of Arkansas every year.” Yeah, that’s right Houston. You’ll get 2-3 “good” players in recruiting in Arkansas every year. Its kind of like the “leftovers” he got out of Texas every year for the Hogs.
Petrino will put a lock on the “great” ones every year in the state. GO HOGS!!!!!!
…some people just CAN’T let it go .
I can’t! I agree with ua87, Houston will only get the leftovers in Ark, MS, TN, and anywhere else he recruits. Ole Miss fans better enjoy the next two to three years with O’s recruits. At least the ones that made it to campus. Many did not apparently. MS is a hard state to recruit out of although they have a lot more high star (4 or 5) kids to recruit from.
Go Hogs!!
