SEC Tourney finals televised by ESPN2, some CBS affiliates
The Southeastern Conference Basketball Tournament championship game has been moved from noon to 2:30 p.m. (CST.) Sunday because of the F2 tornado that ripped through downtown Atlanta Friday night.
The game will be televised by ESPN2 and by CBS in the home markets of the two teams who will meet in the championship game, according to a CBS report.
The SEC semifinal games will be played at Georgia Tech’s Memorial Coliseum. Arkansas faces Tennessee at 5 p.m. (CST.) and Georgia meets Mississippi State at 8 p.m. (CST.). Georgia advanced to the semifinals by defeating Kentucky 60-56 in overtime earlier today.
