Wednesday Slop: Diamond Hogs fall; Bracket update

Quite a bit going on in Hog Land, especially for a day in March.

Nolan Richardson has pulled his name out of consideration for the Arkansas State job, Sonny Weems continues to pick up honors and the Diamond Hogs were THIS close to upsetting No. 1 Arizona State last night.

Before we get you to our quick hits, here’s an update for you Razorback bracket hounds. The Hogs are still picked by 52 out of 52 experts to make the NCAA Tournament, according to The Bracket Project. The Hogs’ average seeding is at No. 10. That can all change, though, as the larger conference tournaments get revved up and more upsets mount.

Here’s a rundown and some quick links for you to check out as you get ready to call in sick to work tomorrow and watch some SEC Tournament action. Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone.
