In for today
ESPN’s professor of bracketology Joe Lunardi has the Razorbacks dancing today but just barely in his most recent rundown of who he believes will be invited to the Big Dance.
He has the Hogs (19-9) as a No. 11 seed playing Butler (27-3) in Birmingham. The Razorbacks and Butler are paired against a matchup between third-seeded Louisville (24-6) and 14th-seeded Robert Morris (25-6).
So, one NCAA victory and John Pelphrey would be coaching against his old Kentucky head coach Rick Pitino.
That would be a perfect pairing for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon game on CBS.

That would mean another early exit if this comes to fruition. Butler is a very good basketball team that shoots the ball very well, makes free throws and executes very effectively in the half court WITHOUT turning the ball over.
That’s the nature of being an 11 seed. You’re going to be the underdog. If the Hogs get on a winning streak, they’ll move up the food chain. Man, I just want to watch my Hogs play more than one game in the tournament. This mediocrity stuff is so, so…mediocre!
