Together forever
It’s just like old times — Mitch Mustain and Damian Williams on the field at the same time. But this time, they are in Los Angeles lining up with Southern California’s first team, according to Rivals.com. After practice, Mustain took a not-so-subtle dig at Arkansas and Houston Nutt with the following comment:
“It’s been a lot of fun,” the quarterback said. “It’s kind of nice to go into the team meetings before practice and know you’re going to do the stuff that we’re talking about.”
i am sure that there is plenty of blame to throw around involving the mustain, malzahn, et al, debacle, on all sides - and, that is NOT an endorsement of houston nutt. regardless, it’s time to move on. good luck guys… especially you, mitch. i still don’t think you will ever see the playing field at usc, with the 5-star talent at QB in trojan land. i truly believe that you were a product of the system - malzahn’s system.
I’m glad Mustain is having “fun” and that he is doing the things they talk about in team meetings. I hope they are clearing everything with mommy. I’d hate to see her have to travel all the way to the hood in Los Angeles to B slap the coaching staff for not letting her little boy play.
