On the Razorbacks’ last possession, Darren McFadden passed Gary Anderson to claim first place on Arkansas’ career list for all-purpose yards gained by an individual player. Between 1979 and 1982, Anderson amassed 4,535 yards.

Arkansas cornerback Matterral Richardson was hit with a personal foul after bickering with Auburn wideout Montez Billings. In the past, Richardson has shown a propensity for getting hit with unsavory penalties.
Richardson, a senior, later redeemed himself by breaking up a pass during the Tigers’ first drive.
