It’s getting hot, hot hot
Tom Dienhart, a college football writer for the Sporting News, said Arkansas is in trouble at this point in the season and so is Coach Houston Nutt’s job security.
This isn’t earth-shattering commentary on Dienhart’s part. Nutt has been walking on egg shells ever since the beginning of a tumultuous offseason, and the recent losses to Alabama and Kentucky have compounded his problems. His uncertain future will continue to foster speculation, and his job status will remain the elephant in the living room unless something changes. Dienhart says as much here:
Arkansas. Wooo, Pig! … ah, forget about it. Auburn, South Carolina, Tennessee and LSU remain on the to-do list. I got a feeling this is gonna be a messy ending to the Houston Nutt era.
