Arkansas’ third-string running back Michael Smith was arrested Sunday on felony charges of forgery and theft by receiving. The 5-7, 174-pound sophomore was booked at 3:49 p.m. at the Washington County Detention Center and is scheduled to have a court hearing Sept. 26.
