Arkansas was flagged for a roughing-the-kicker penalty on Lones Seiber’s 37-yard attempt. Three plays later, the Wildcats found the end zone with 7:59 left. Their attempt at a two-point conversion was snuffed out when quarterback Andre Woodson was gang-tackled. Arkansas 29, Kentucky 27.
Special teams play has been a big theme in this game, so far.

The man who didn’t know Darren McFadden’s name made sure the Arkansas crowd knows his. Free safety Marcus McClinton stepped in front of Crosby Tuck to pick off a pass thrown by Razorbacks quarterback Casey Dick.
McClinton snared the ball at the Kentucky 39 and took it into Arkansas territory. It was the second interception thrown […]

Arkansas had only three sacks going into this game and was having trouble generating pressure. The Razorbacks’ defensive line has done better against Kentucky. Of course, that’s in part due to Arkansas defensive coordinator Reggie Herring’s decision to bring the house on several third downs, forcing Wildcats quarterback Andre Woodson to get rid of the […]
