No Monk or Cleveland

The No. 16 Razorbacks will be without two of their best receivers when they play Alabama at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Marcus Monk (recovering from two knee surgeries since Aug. 9) and Ben Cleveland (nerve injury in his neck) will not play against the Crimson Tide.

Harrison to play

Marcus Harrison will play Saturday against the Crimson Tide, but Arkansas head football coach Houston Nutt could not say how many plays he would get.
I’d expect Harrison to start. The Razorbacks missed his size, strength and quickness against Troy. If he’s going to play, he might as well start.

Hogs vs Wildcats on ESPN2

Arkansas’ home conference opener against the University of Kentucky on Sept. 22 will be nationally televised by ESPN2 it was announced on Monday. The Hogs and Wildcats will kick things off at 5 p.m. CT at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
