Jeremy Mahoney is Farmington’s new secret weapon. The sophomore placekicker has been responsible for providing scoring opportunities for his team that normally wouldn’t be there and giving opponents bad field position. The Cardinals play Gravette tonight and Mahoney may play a pivotal role.

It’s a beautiful day in the Ozarks and it’s going to be a fabulous night for football.
According to weather.com, it should be partly cloudy and a comfortable 70 degrees at kickoff tonight. Temperatures could dip down to 62 for the drive home around 10 p.m.

Tailback Jairemy Smith has been a pleasant surprise this season for Farmington. Against Ozark in the Cardinals’ 15-13 victory last Friday, Smith rushed for 146 yards on 13 carries. He’s now averaging more than 10 yards per rush in 2007.
