Elks face large task

Elkins’ postseason hopes are against the wall as the Elks (2-5, 1-3) need to win all three of their regular-season games to lock up a playoff spot.

The Elks travel to Green Forest tonight to face the Tigers at 7 p.m. The Elks close the regular season out with home games against Cedarville Oct. 26 and Pea Ridge on Nov. 2.

It’s a tough row to hoe, but if the Elks can upset Gravette this week, it would give Elkins momentum going into their final two games.
