Bledsoe event planned for Feb. 2

A funfest will kick off the Arkansas Senate campaign for Cecile Bledsoe from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. Feb. 2 at an airplane hangar at the Rogers Municipal Airport.
Asa Hutchinson will speak briefly to kick off the campaign. Chili and hot dogs will be served, and children’s activities and family entertainment are planned, according to event organizers.
A former state representative, Bledsoe announced her candidacy for the Arkansas Senate at Frisco Park in downtown Rogers on June 28, 2007.
