Cheryl Ann "Cherie"Legatski Boudreaux, 63, of Fayetteville, who died Monday, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Sequoyah United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. She was born March 11, 1945, in New York City to Ted and Mildred Legatski. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Ray Boudreaux; three sons J. David Boudreaux, Madison, Ala., Stephen M. Boudreaux, Lowell, and Matthew A. Boudreaux, Broken Arrow, Okla.; a brother, Ted Legatski, Fort Worth; and seven grandchildren. FAYETTEVILLE
Juanita G. McKelvey, 65, of Fayetteville, who died Tuesday, will be at 10 a.m. today at Beard's Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Fayetteville. She was born June 1, 1943, in Fayetteville to Sidney and Grace Guess Johnson. Survivors include a daughter, Leona Johnson, Oklahoma City; a son, Jim McKelvey, Springdale; two sisters, Shirley Roudabush, Fayetteville, and Silvia Jefferson, West Fork; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Burial: Shady Grove Cemetery.

Joshia David "Peeps"or "Panda"Peeples, 17, of Rogers, who died Monday, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Rogers. He was born Jan. 28, 1991, in Laramie, Wyo., to Harvey Anthony "Tony"Peeples and Christine Brown. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ashley Dawn Bennett; and his stepfather, Jeremy Bennett. Survivors include his father of Cheyenne, Wyo.; his mother and stepfather, Christine and Charles Southard, Rogers; four brothers, Lance Cpl. Charles "Michael"Southard, Little Flock, Spc. Jesse Southard, Korea, Jacob "Jake"Bennett, Rogers, and Tyler Peeples, Cheyenne; six sisters, Crystal Widger, Bartlesville, Okla., Karissa "K. CALDWELL
Mr. Billy C. Midgett, age 73, of Caldwell died Tuesday at his home in Caldwell. He had been in poor health for the past two years.

MALVERN
Bobby Dean Kirchoff, 74, of Malvern went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born Nov. 24, 1933, in Stuttgart. Bobby served in the Navy aboard the USS St. Paul, had been employed by Safeway while residing in Stuttgart, was co-owner of Gibson's Discount Stores in Malvern, and was currently owner of the Stanley Street Pawn Shop in Malvern. He enjoyed working alongside his wife, Ann, going to auctions, hunting and fishing, playing with his grand-boys, and attending various sporting events coached by his two daughters.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ester Harris Kirchoff; his brother, Marvin Kirchoff; and brothers-in-law, Bill Blohm, Pat Mulloy, and Ralph Haller. Bobby is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ann Mayville Kirchoff; daughters, Deana Franklin and husband, David, of Hot Springs, and Debbie Sharp and husband, Rancy, of Siloam Springs; sisters, Elsie Haller of Sun City, Calif., and Frances Blohm and Carolyn Mulloy, both of Stuttgart; brothers, Walter Kirchoff and wife, Ann, and Merlyn Kirchoff and wife, Iva, all of Stuttgart; sister-in-law, Nell Kirchoff of Malvern; grandsons, Tyler, Logan and Noah Sharp of Siloam Springs; and his greatly loved nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home in Malvern. Services will be held Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. in the Regency chapel officiated by Rev. Ken Burton, followed by services at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Stuttgart at 3 p.m. officiated by Rev. Jack Gillam. Bobby will lie in state at St. Johns Lutheran Church prior to the service. GREENWELL SPRINGS, LA.
Robert L. Baker Jr., Ph. D., P. E., age 50, of Greenwell Springs, La., formerly of Mountain Home, Ark., died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. A visitation will be from noon-9 p.m. Thursday at Roller Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Christian Church with Dr. Jim Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Mountain Home Cemetery. He was born Jan. 25, 1958, in Great Lakes, Ill., to Robert Leon Baker, M. D. and Rebecca Chandler Baker. On June 27, 1987, he married Laura Cay Mattox in Fayetteville, Ark.
Survivors are his wife, Laura C. Baker of the home; father and mother, Dr. Robert L. and Rebecca Baker, Mountain Home; a brother, Capt. Bruce Chandler (Susan ) Baker, M. D., U. S. Navy, Oceanside, Calif.; three sisters, Rebecca Ann (Bob ) Penski, Seattle, Wash.; Betsy Jean (John ) Pepper, Carthage, Texas; and Capt. Brenda Carole Baker, Nurse Corps, U. S. Navy, Annapolis, Md.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jay Milton Baker, M. D.
Dr. Baker was a member of the Mountain Home First Christian Church. He received his B. S, master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. A senior process chemical engineer with Jacob's Engineering, Dr. Baker was active in the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and held all its offices. He had served as an adjunct professor at Louisiana State University and had taught at the former Westark Junior College in Fort Smith while he attended UA.
He loved his wife and family, and loved animals especially his three dogs, and also enjoyed flying, woodworking, working outdoors and riding motorcycles. He won state judo competitions while in college, participated in triathlons and enjoyed scuba diving, traveling, hiking, hunting and fishing. Dr. Baker was an optimistic, gentle man who was willing to help anyone in need. He survived a plane crash in 1978 and helped save the lives of other passengers. HUMBLE, TEXAS
Edward Dwight Strong, 66, of Humble, Texas died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at the William D. Bakke Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was an avid outdoorsman, a volunteer firefighter and enjoyed playing bridge. Ed will always be remembered for his deep love of family, friends and sense of humor.
After graduating from Clarksville High School in 1959, he attended Arkansas State Teachers College and the University of Arkansas. Ed served in the U. S. Army before going to work with American Airlines as a freight operations manager until his retirement.
Ed was predeceased by his parents, Gayland and Ruby Porter Strong; and by one sister, Sonia Strong Pendergrass. He is survived by his wife, Olga Strong of Humble, Texas; stepdaughter, Marley (Mark ) Berne of Kingwood, Texas; stepson, Wilfredo Perdomo of Humble, Texas; sister, Gaye (George ) Taylor of Clarksville, Ark.; one cousin, David Strong Taylor of Clarksville, Ark.; one niece, Sarna Pendergrass (Wilma Bauer ) of Circle Pines, Minn.; three nephews, James Johnson (Florence ) of Springdale, Ark., John Pendergrass (Shelly ) of Fort Worth, Texas, Robert Johnson of Jacksonville, Fla.; three great-nephews; five great-nieces; and one great-great-nephew.
