Gov. Mike Beebe has made 23 more appointments to state boards and commissions, his office announced Tuesday Jordan Brown of Alma was appointed to the Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies for a term expiring May 26, 2012, replacing Joey Smith.

Elaine Eckert of Pine Bluff was appointed to the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission for a term expiring Jan. 14, 2014, replacing Mary Smith.

Jackie Henderson of White Hall was reappointed to the Arkansas Occupational Therapy Examining Committee for a term expiring March 1, 2013.

To the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board: Glenna Butler, North Little Rock, reappointed for a term expiring June 22, 2011; Wayne Edwards, Lake Village, reappointed for a term expiring June 22, 2011; and Noel Foster, White Hall, for a term expiring June 22, 2009, replacing Darrell Hayes.

To the state Board of Electrical Examiners for terms expiring June 15, 2012: Gary Ferrell, Benton, reappointed; and Randy Matthews, Little Rock, replacing Hugh Brewer.

To the state Review Committee for Historic Preservation for terms expiring June 30, 2012: Ann Early, Fayetteville, reappointed; Donna Jones, Fordyce, reappointed; and Carl Miller Jr., Little Rock, reappointed.

To the Social Work Licensing Board for terms expiring June 30, 2011: Nancy Streit, Alexander, replacing Michael Lundy; Sandra Taylor, Jonesboro, reappointed; and Kelley Williams, Horseshoe Bend, reappointed.

To the state Plant Board for terms expiring March 17, 2010: Larry Jayroe, Forrest City, reappointed; and Randy Veach, Manila, reappointed.

To the Governor’s Commission on People with Disabilities for terms expiring June 1, 2011: Nancy Carlson, Hot Springs Village, replacing Susanna Osburn; Martha DeWoody, Hope, reappointed; Bill Duvall, Mayflower, reappointed; Christopher Fears, Little Rock, replacing Barbara Reed; Cleon Green, Nashville, replacing Robert Ariza; James Hunt, Little Rock, replacing Evelyn Bradford; Kenneth Keltner, Little Rock, reappointed.
