CHEF RECEIVES HONOR Todd Gold of Maumelle was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs, the Honor Society of the American Culinary Federation, at the group’s national convention held last week in Las Vegas. Gold, a certified executive chef and certified culinary administrator, is food service director at Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School. He attended Memphis Culinary Academy and has worked in several restaurants and hotels in Little Rock. The academy recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the culinary profession.
